EFL

Online surveys to assess the reliability of the bank clients

EFL

The proven leader in its field, EFL first pioneered psychometric credit scoring through research at the Harvard Center for International Development. It is based on dynamic behavioral design and psychometric assessment, which analyzes personality traits and the correlation with credit risk. This is the ideal approach for those candidates who have no credit history and cannot be assessed using traditional methods.

Task on the project

To develop over 50 credit risk assessment surveys based on terms of reference and user scenarios, for various banking institutions that have partnered with EFL (now LenddoEFL)

For this service, we implemented

  • a custom framework based on AngularJS and UI Kit;

  • the user interface of surveys, that is also available on smartphones and tablets;

  • a command-line interface (CLI), that automates the creation of polls.
