Anex Tour Travel Agency

ONE OF THE LARGEST TOUR OPERATORS IN RUSSIA

We developed an additional website for one of the biggest tour operators in Russia, which has more than 500 offices. The website is intended for tourists and contractors. Tourists can get all the details and information they need about tours and hotels, and can also book them on the website. Contractors have their own office page, where they can receive all the necessary information for their work (brand books, supporting information, invoices).

What was done

The project used Mag.travel API. This aggregator has a lot of information and its own modules, and is very limited in how it works, which is why it causes a lot of difficulties, though this complexity was solved by rewriting and adapting the existing modules.

The main tasks included:

  • layout;
  • determining location;
  • exchange rates;
  • adding mailings depending on the events on the site, and implementation through third-party libraries.

Also, through the website, users can receive feedback and applications for purchases of tours/consultations.

The core technologies were Javascript / PHP / Laravel / MySQL
